By using SG Bakery's services, including ordering on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

Orders are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in VND and include applicable taxes. Payment is required upon checkout.
3. Refunds & Replacements
3.1 Eligibility
We strive to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue. To initiate a request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

3.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.
3.3 Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved, we will deliver a new product at no extra cost, subject to availability.
3.4 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds/replacements are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Products not stored/handled properly after delivery
- Requests made after the 24-hour period
