1. How do I place an order with SG Bakery?

You can place an order through our website at https://sgbakery.com.au/ or visit us in-store at https://sgbakery.com.au/pages/contact. Simply select your desired products, choose you location and a pick-up or delivery time, and provide your contact and payment details. We also provide the Catering Bundle for your any kind of event. Please visit our website and navigate to "Catering Bundle" in "All Items". Please note that orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

SG Bakery proudly offers catering services for a diverse array of events. Our offerings include community gatherings such as local festivals and picnics, corporate functions such as breakfasts, meetings, and conferences, as well as more intimate occasions like family brunches and small parties. Furthermore, we cater to institutional clients, including offices, hospitals, and schools, providing a selection of options such as boxed rolls, pies, quiches, sandwiches, and bánh mì, all made fresh daily with high-quality ingredients, which are well-suited for team lunches and larger-scale functions.

Delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of $150. Some products are pick-up only. You must select a delivery time window on our website and provide a valid Australian mobile phone number and an accurate delivery address. Orders are prepared fresh daily and should be refrigerated to stay fresh for up to 2 days.

Yes, orders can be collected during business hours from SG Bakery at https://sgbakery.com.au/pages/contact. Select your preferred pick-up date and time when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are not collected at the agreed-upon time or location.

Orders scheduled for Monday-Saturday pick-up or delivery must be cancelled at least 72 business hours in advance. Last-minute orders cannot be cancelled. Contact our Customer Service Team at 0457 441 236 or orders@sgbakery.com.au with your order number and details to request a cancellation.

Answer Description

We do offer gluten-free products; however, we cannot guarantee that other items are free from allergens due to shared processing, storage, and preparation environments. Traces of allergens (such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, molluscs, lupin, and sulphites) may be present in vegan or vegetarian products, even if they are labeled as such. We cannot guarantee that any order is allergen-free, and we are not liable for allergic reactions unless a product does not meet its description (for example, a gluten-free item that contains gluten).

If no one is present at the delivery address, we will leave the order at the doorstep or attempt to coordinate with a reception or office manager for deliveries to hotels, apartments, or hospitals. SG Bakery is not responsible for the condition or security of goods after the initial delivery attempt has been made.

Our cakes and catering items are freshly prepared daily before delivery or pick-up. When refrigerated, they remain fresh for up to 2 days. Ensure proper storage to maintain quality.
