You can collect your orders from SG Bakery stores (please kindly check the list here: Contact Page) during our regular business hours. When placing your order through our website, please select a specific date and time for pick-up to ensure a smooth collection process.

Delivery Information

Order Requirements

Delivery services are available for orders with a minimum value of $150. Please be aware that certain products are designated for pick-up only and are not eligible for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Schedule

We offer free delivery for orders of $150 or more within a 15 km radius from our two stores: 

  1. SG BAKERY BUDERIM: 60 Burnett St, Buderim QLD 4556, Australia

  2. TIFFANY CAKES & PASTRIES: 41 Queens Rd, Everton Hills QLD 4053, Australia

All deliveries are arranged within the time frame selected during the ordering process on our website. At SG Bakery, we prepare all orders fresh each day prior to delivery. To maintain the highest quality, we recommend refrigerating the delivered items, which will remain fresh for up to two days.

Delivery Procedure

In the event that no recipient is available at the designated delivery address, orders will be placed at the doorstep. For deliveries to hotels, apartments, or hospitals, SG Bakery will make every effort to coordinate with the reception or office management. Please be advised that SG Bakery cannot assume responsibility for the condition or security of the goods following the initial delivery attempt. Thank you for your understanding.
